After I stopped my yoga lesson for 3 months (due to SPM).
I returned to it last week.
OMG!!!
When I woke up on the next morning, I felt my whole body muscle cramp.
Every move made me pain.
Even standing, walking or sitting.
I told myself that it is ok.
It is normal for me to feel pain everywhere since I had stopped for so long.
However, when I woke up this morning, after attending the next lesson yesterday, I feel the same thing again.
Pain everywhere!!!
Haiz...I guessed it will take some times for me before I could fully set myself free from al these pains. :(
